First report

My mom and me met my sister in Belfast Northern Ireland. The three of us were very happy to be together again and had a lot of expectations about this trip.
La china was admitted to the Ulster Independent Clinic on the 2nd of October.
Mr. Brown, her doctor, (the most lovely man ever*) warmly welcomed us:
"You made it!". He was worried about us since we had some diffculties with the Mexican Embassy, the insurance policy and the payment method.
Finally, she was going to have her surgery on the date initially planned. We were so happy.

Meanwhile, with the help of our NEW irish family, my sister and me arranged the accomodation for us for the next months. Mr. Brown was very happy with the surgery and sent my mom home with a newly replaced left hip.
Unfortunately, her muscles were too weak and the prosthesis dislocated 1 week after her OP. She was admitted to the hospital again, and 4 days again it happened again. She had to undergo a second surgery replacing the original prosthesis. The ceramics acetabulum was rotated and the ball of the hip replaced for a bigger one. This time she also had an infection.
The situation has been tough. Nevertheless, La China has been very brave and we have had a lot of support from our relatives and friends. Today, she is doing better, starting again to recover from a second surgery. We keep positive and expect this prosthesis to be more adequate to her needs. She is excercising everyday and taking things slowly slowly...* Her case is more difficult than everybody was expecting, BUT we have a lot of hope that things will improve.
I will keep you posted.
